Trading starts on
the Monday following Selection Sunday. You may
trade as often as you like up to the trading
deadline, which is right before tipoff of the first
game of Round 1. After that, that's it, no further
trades. Once the trade deadline passes, the
players you select are locked in for the duration
of the tournament.

Pick 1 of 4 teams
from 16 groups. The groups are organized by
seeding. So all the #1 seeds make up group 1, all
the #2 seeds make up group 2, and so on. The 16th
group consists of 5 teams because of the special
65th seed and "play-in" game, but points are not
given until Round 1.
